RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase:
- In-Store Purchases: 14 days from the date of purchase
- Online Orders: 14 days from the fulfillment date (ready for pick-up or shipping date)
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Sale items marked 20% off or more
- Cosmetics (included but not limited to lip balm)
- Hair Accessories (included but not limited to hats, headwear, clawclips)
- Food (included but not limited to candy)
- Footwear if original shoe box is damaged or not included
- Items marked as Final Sale
ONLINE PURCHASES RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For purchases made online, you can return your purchases online or in store. Exchanges may be completed in store, or online within 14 days for a different size or item. To process an online exchange, simply indicate your exchange preference clearly in your return request.
A flat return shipping fee of $20 will be deducted from your refund when using our pre-paid return label. This fee covers the cost of shipping and handling.

Returns
You can receive a full refund or eGift Card within 14 days from the fulfillment date. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns, exchanges, or eGift Card.
Exchanges
- May be completed in store
- Online exchanges are available within 14 days, provided the requested exchange is clearly stated in your return submission
Sale Merchandise
All sale items discounted 20% or more are final sale.
Sale items discounted less than 20% can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or eGift Card
All eligible online returns and exchanges will be refunded or credited for the full order amount, minus shipping fees.
IN STORE PURCHASES RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For purchases made in store, you can return or exchange your purchases in store only.
Regular Priced Merchandise
Within 14 days of purchase, you can return your item and receive:
- A refund to the original method of payment or
- Merchandise credit on a gift card
After 14 days, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
Sale Merchandise
All sale items discounted 20% or more are final sale.
Sale items discounted less than 20% can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or eGift Card
Gift Cards
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card.
How to Return an Online Order
Follow the steps below or click the below link to complete online returns for online purchases.
- Once signed into your account, access your ‘Order History’ page and click on your order to view your order details.
- From your order detail page, select ‘Return Items’ to fill out the return request form.
- Review your return details and click 'Process Return'.
- A Return Confirmation email will be sent to the email that was used to place the order.
- Once we have reviewed your return you will receive a ‘Return Approved’ or ‘Return Declined’ email with steps to move forward.
*Please note we do not process online returns during holidays or weekends*
If your return is approved:
Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 3 to 6 business days. As soon as your return is complete, we'll e-mail you and let you know. Please note that it can take up to 7 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.
RETURNING ITEMS FROM MULTIPLE ORDERS
If you’re returning items from multiple orders, please follow the above steps for each individual order. Once your order is reviewed and accepted. Please ship back all accepted items from all orders in one package.
*Bella Chic is not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or return shipments not received if no tracking and signature required to confirm we received the return. Please ensure all returns are repackaged carefully, as Belle Chic is not responsible for items damaged during the return shipping process.*

Customers who regularly return items or place frequent holds that result in returns may be subject to a stricter return policy, which includes the possibility of no returns on future purchases.

If your account has reached a return limit, our team will notify you directly. This measure is intended to protect our ability to serve all our customers fairly and ensure that our stock remains available for those who wish to purchase.
