Holiday Gift Policy

Regular-priced items purchased as gifts, prior to December 24th, can be refunded until January 8. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.

Sale items discounted 50% or more are final sale. All other sale items may be exchanged for merchandise or store credit until January 8.

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Bodysuits 
  • Swimwear
  • Sale items
  • Cosmetics
  • Accessories (Include but not limited to jewelry, headwear, hair)
  • Footwear if original shoe box is damaged or not included

ONLINE PURCHASES RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For purchases made online, you can return your purchases online and in store. Exchanges for online purchases may be completed in store or by mailing back as an online return and then placing a new order, as we are not able to offer exchanges online.

You can receive a full refund or eGift Card within 14 days from the shipping date. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

EXCHANGES

Online purchases can be exchanged in store. We are not able to offer exchanges online.

Sale Merchandise

Sale items marked with a discount less than 50% can be returned for merchandise credit on an eGift Card if returned within 14 days of the shipping date. Sorry, no refunds to original form of payment for sale or discounted items.

Sale items marked with a discount of 50% or greater are final sale.

For purchases made in store, you can return or exchange your purchases in store only.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Within 14 days of purchase, you can return your item and receive a refund to the original method of payment, at any one of our boutiques. Within 21 days of purchase, you can exchange your item or receive a merchandise credit, at any one of our boutiques.

Sale Merchandise

All sale and discounted items bought in store are final sale.

Gift Cards

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card.

 

How to Return an Online Order

Follow the steps below or click the below link  to complete online returns for online purchases.

  1. Once signed into your account, access your ‘Order History’ page and click on your order to view your order details.
  2. From your order detail page, select ‘Return Items’ to fill out the return request form.
  3. Review your return details and click 'Process Return'.
  4. A Return Confirmation email will be sent to the email that was used to place the order. 
  5. Once we have reviewed your return you will receive a ‘Return Approved’ or ‘Return Declined’ email with steps to move forward.

If your return is approved:

Carefully package up your returnable items and ship your returns back to the following address:

Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 3 to 6 business days. As soon as your return is complete, we'll e-mail you and let you know. Please note that it can take up to 7 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.

RETURNING ITEMS FROM MULTIPLE ORDERS

If you’re returning items from multiple orders, please follow the above steps for each individual order. Once your order is reviewed and accepted. Please ship back all accepted items from all orders in one package.
