Originally established in 2016, Country Liberty was born as a brand representative for those who appreciate country life. Our timeless pieces are designed with freedom, nature, and community in mind.

Sawyer Hannay founded Country Liberty while pursuing a professional hockey career in Salzburg, Austria. He immediately realized the cultural difference between Europe and Canada and began dreaming up a way he could proudly represent his culture while living so far away from home. After two years of brainstorming, it was time to bring his idea to life.

Country Liberty is inspired by Sawyer's small hometown in Rexton, New Brunswick. The fresh air, lack of restraint, and beautiful environment is what Sawyer loved about growing up in the country and wanted to share this with fellow country lovers.
