How do I join?
Bella Rewards is free to join. Create an account to see your points and unlock members-only benefits. If you already have an account with Bella, simply sign in to activate your Rewards program. The only requirements include an email & phone number on your account!
How do I earn points?
Bella Rewards members earn 1 point for every 1 CAD dollar spent online or in store. *Excludes tax & discounts*
How do I check my points balance?
Click the ⭐️ star icon in the bottom right corner of the website and log in. Your points balance will appear at the top of the rewards pop-up.
Can I use more than one reward at a time?
Only one reward code can be applied per order.
I redeemed a reward but didn’t use the code — can I still access it?
Yes! Click the star icon, log in, and view your“Your Rewards”section to re-copy your code.
Can I use my rewards in-store?
Yes! Points can be used online or in-store.
What happens to my points when I return items?
Your points balance will show a reduction equal to the point value of the returned merchandise.
Can I apply my rewards to sale items or stack with other discounts?
No! Bella rewards can only apply to regular priced merchandise & can not be stacked with other promos or discounts.
I can’t see my points or log in. What should I do?
Make sure you’re using the same email you used when creating your account. If issues persist, reach out to our team at orders@bellachic.ca
