Holiday Gift Policy

From November 12 to December 24, we offer extended returns on regular-priced items purchased as gifts. These items are eligible for a refund until January 5, processed back to the original form of payment.

Items discounted by 50% or more are final sale. Other sale items may be exchanged for merchandise or store credit until January 5.

To be eligible for return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

Accessories, intimates, shape-wear, and hosiery are final sale. Bella Chic Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded, except where required by law.
