If we need to confirm your payment or address details, processing may be paused. This helps us keep your delivery seamless and accurate.

Shipping Within Canada

Flat Rate: $15 anywhere in Canada.

Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $150.

Local & In-Store Pickup

If it isn’t picked up within 7 days, our team will follow up with a friendly reminder.

Please allow 7–10 business days for transfers between locations. Most orders are ready sooner.

Pre-Orders

Orders containing pre-order pieces will ship once all items are available. If you prefer separate shipments, reach out — we’re happy to help.
